Comments:
Contents: A collection of three odes, attributed to a 'Young Lady' and two male poets identified by their initials only. The third ode, ascribed to 'Mr. F.', is written in the voice of a female poet. The editors of Kissing the Rod: An Anthology of Seventeenth-Century Women's Verse raise the possibility that all three poems are by a single male author (Germaine Greer et al., eds, 1988: p. 309).
Other matter:
Prefatory matter: 'The Preface To The Masculine Sex', written by 'a Young Lady', sigs A3r-B1v.
